After completing your order, please send your photo(s) to:

Include your order number in the email subject line.

Step 2

Within 1 business day after receiving your photo, we will send you a preview with the image formatted into a heart shape for your approval.

You may request up to 3 revisions (photo change or adjustments).

Step 3

Once your design is approved, your locket will be carefully prepared and shipped within 2 business days.

Important Notes

• The more people included in the photo, the smaller they will appear in the final result. Photos where subjects are far apart will also appear smaller once adjusted to fit the heart shape
• Photos are printed on glossy photographic paper for a refined finish
• Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.
