EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Alice Be guarantees the right to exchange products purchased in their original packaging with the tag attached up to 30 days after receiving the item. This means you have up to 30 days after receiving the item to notify us that you wish to return the purchased product. Contact us by email at contact@alicebe.com, providing your order number or receipt, the purchase date, and the reference of the item to be exchanged.
To qualify for a return:
- In original condition, with no signs of use or damage from misuse.
- Products must be returned by mail with intact tags and in the original packaging.
- Sale items, Gift Cards, and customized products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
Returns: For returns, you can choose a credit to use on a future purchase at Alice Be or a refund of the amount. In this case, 100% of the product's value will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase. We do not refund shipping costs.
Additionally, Alice Be, LLC provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING for eligible items. A pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label will be provided with every qualifying order purchased on the website. We will send an email with details regarding the return location and deadline.
Please allow up to 15 business days for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday, except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us.
Damaged Goods: All our products are inspected before shipping. However, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us by email at contact@alicebe.com within 72 hours if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
